Keju4D Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform in Malaysia

To register and use the platform Keju4D, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years on the account registration date.
• Must be an actual individual — not a company, organisation, or any other legal entity.
• Playing solely in a personal capacity, and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any other party.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list or any exclusion registry recognised by Keju4D.
• Depositing your own personal funds — not money obtained unlawfully or belonging to someone else.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at Keju4D. This includes accounts using different details but belonging to the same individual. Detection of multiple accounts will result in the following actions:

• All duplicate accounts will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
• All bonuses received through multiple accounts will be fully forfeited.
• The original deposit amount (excluding any winnings from bonuses) may be refunded once the investigation is concluded.

• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (termination with notice).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the Keju4D support team. Prior to closure, all valid deposit balances (excluding bonuses that have not met their rollover requirement) will be returned via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, Keju4D reserves the right to hold the account balance during the investigation. The investigation period will not exceed 30 business days.
